Shipping policy

Every Huck.1980 order is packed by hand in Bangkok, Thailand, and sent out from there to the rest of the world.

Processing time

We pack and hand over most orders within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting Thai public holidays. During a new drop or a big sale, packing can take up to 5 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery time

Once your parcel is on its way, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Customs checks, weather and busy periods can add a few days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Where we ship and what it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Here is the short version.

  • Asia: from GBP 7.90. Free shipping on orders of GBP 49 and over.
  • United Kingdom: from GBP 8.90. Free shipping on orders of GBP 49 and over.
  • Europe and Oceania: from GBP 12.90. Free shipping on orders of GBP 120 and over.
  • Wider Europe and Canada: from GBP 13.90. Free shipping on orders of GBP 120 and over.
  • United States: from GBP 9.90, with duties included. Free shipping on orders of GBP 120 and over.

The exact price for your address and basket is always shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us and we will see what we can arrange.

Duties and taxes

For orders going to the United States, import duties are included in the price you pay. Nothing extra is due on delivery.

For every other country, your parcel may be charged import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee when it arrives. These charges are set by your own government, not by us, and they are your responsibility. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, we can only refund the value of the goods after the parcel comes back to us, minus the shipping we paid.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number arrives by email once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start moving. If nothing updates for more than 7 days, email us and we will chase it.

Your address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We ship to the address you give us. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to fix it before the parcel leaves. We cannot cover parcels lost because of a wrong or incomplete address.

Missing or late parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, check with your neighbours and your local delivery office first, then contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will open a case with the carrier and stay on it with you.

Packaging

We fold and ship in light, water resistant mailers rather than boxes. It keeps your shipping cost down and cuts the waste. Where we can, we use recycled and recyclable materials.

Split shipments

If part of your order is delayed, we may send the rest first so you are not waiting. You will not pay extra for that.
