Welcome to Huck.1980. These terms explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you shop.

In these terms, Huck.1980, we, us and our mean the Huck.1980 store based in Pathum Thani, Thailand. You and your mean the person using the site.

1. Who can shop here

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us true and complete information when you check out.

2. Products, photos and sizing

We try to show every product as clearly as we can. Colours can still look a little different on your screen, and fabric texture can vary between batches. Many of our pieces are oversized, so please check the size guide on the product page before you order.

Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout and can change at any time. The price you see when you pay is the price you pay for that order.

Your bank may add a currency conversion fee. That fee comes from your bank, not from us.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has gone through and you have received our confirmation email.

4. Orders we cannot accept

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if we think the order is fraudulent or is being resold in a way that breaks these terms. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Shipping, duties and taxes

Shipping times, costs and duty rules are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how returns work and how long you have. It also forms part of these terms.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are for personal use, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used one at a time unless we say otherwise. We can end a promotion at any point.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

9. Our brand and content

All designs, graphics, photos, text, logos and videos on this site belong to Huck.1980 or to the people we work with. You may share our content on social media with credit. You may not copy our designs, print our artwork on products, or use our name or logo for business purposes without written permission.

10. Content you post

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or tag us on social media, you allow us to repost that content on our website and channels with credit. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not break anyone else's rights. We can remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.

11. Using this website

Please do not attempt to break into the site, upload harmful code, scrape it with bots, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

12. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as social platforms or carrier tracking pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they do with your data.

13. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or online. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.

14. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot control, such as customs holds, carrier strikes, floods, storms, power cuts or public health measures. If a delay happens, we will keep you informed and help where we can.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The version on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

17. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you shop from another country, you still keep the consumer rights given to you by the laws of the place you live in.
